Neither government spending nor investor spending causes inflation

The Federal Reserve creates money for investor projects and government projects.   This does not cause prices to increase because these projects seek the lowest available bids.  Prices increase when vendors adjust their prices upward, which does not happen when they are competing against other bidders.
