Neither government spending nor small business spending causes inflation

The Federal Reserve creates money for investor projects and government projects.   This does not cause prices to increase because these projects seek the lowest available bids. Prices decrease when good and services are sold to the lowest bidder. Prices increase when assets are sold to the highest bidder.
